[Adv. Mode] My mount & companion vanished after rolling a die in an abandoned dwarven mountainhome Posted: 10 Jul 2021 06:17 AM PDT I never got in to adventure mode before, despite playing for more than a decade. The die came up "training sword" (12-sided die fwiw) and mentioned sacrifice. I assumed it was one of the fortune cookie-type results that sounds ominous and means nothing. But my mount is nowhere to be found, not listed on the companion screen, and I have no announcement of his death. I've scoured the fortress and the only inhabitant is a priest, 'holy charcoal,' who tells me my mount is here somewhere, in so many words. I'm an elven archer in full steel plate; I kinda need my giant badger bro to get around quickly because these arrows are heavy af. Has anybody experienced this?
