I've played this fort on and off for about 3 years. The age it's in is fairly early 43 or so. And the king just moved in after we've made it clear we don't want to be elevated what so ever.

We haven't had merchants for 3 in-game years no migrants or anything. Legendary creatures and some clowns, but otherwise life is uneventful. Wholesome and steady.

Yesterday the King moves in with his WHOLE entourage 30+ dwarfs and declares us the Mountain home. We locked the gates and atomized his guards. But it wasn't enough. He and several others managed to sneak in via an old hatch I had forgotten about.

The King, as kind as he is, was promoted to squad commander, stationed in the Ettin Halls, and promptly shredded by hundreds of spikes.

Now, I really want to have to take everyone in his family and like them up 10at a time and have my levermaster go to town. But before I do, I just want to know if there are any serious concerns or consequences that could come of ending an entire Royal Line.?

There's also a Flush system for the hall so we can just drain Whoever we want into the Caverns below without to much concern.
