    Go to Dwarf Fortress Wiki and hit "Random page".

    What comes up is what your next game will be based around.

    You get Siege Workshop? Base your entire defense on siege equipment, make siege equipment be your only export, etc.

    You get aardvarks? You bring a crap ton of aardvarks on embark and make that your primary source of food.

    You get wall? Make your mission to build an enormously tall wall all around the fortress.

    Hopefully this makes for some fun games.

    Tholtig contemplated her next enemy. Her brother Ortinar, for all dwarves are one family, fought this beast without armor, as she had fought her enemy. The axe he brought had seemed like a magical artifact, it should be able to cut through anything. It did not seem to penetrate, and when it was his turn to receive punishment he got gut stabbed and bitten.

    She went to the dwarven weaponsmiths and ordered a new axe made. A gleaming piece of dwarved steel. It will not be as sharp as Ortinars blade, but it will make its way through the beasts armor eventually. She will call this axe "Avenger", in Ortinars memory.

    Next she went to the armorsmiths. The Queen-to-be ordered to be covered in steel from head to toe. "The craftmanship needs to be ☼Masterful☼. When I am Queen, I will need legendary armorcrafters at my court. If this armor can hold off the serpents bite, you will have your positions there by my side."

    At the temple of Armok she burned her old axes in sacrifice, like all wood should burn.

    The rest of the week she spent in hard training and solemn meditation.
