Elfs Are Good For Endless Survival In Adventure Mode Posted: 12 Sep 2020 04:15 AM PDT Just think about it: - Biological immortality. If you want to survive infinitely in a single world with only one character IN ONE TRY you don't have to encounter vampires or storm towers. - Better smell for detecting nearby eagles to butcher. - Higher dodging potential due to default xml file buffs. - Memory can be dumped to minimum due to it being always 5000. - Are not enemies with dwarfs unlike goblins. - High natural disease resistance. Make a character with high disease resistance by elf standards and it gets described as "virtually never sick". Bye bye evil clouds. Bye bye wound infections. Honestly, you can start with average resistance and it will be 2000 points. Starting as highly resistant elf gives 3000 points. "Virtually never sick" starts from 2000. - Can create a character that can make "tiny profile" while sneaking. - Petting animals is an natural ability. Better relationship with prey on wish. Easier to sell them to dwarfs. - You may not be technologically advanced but enemies you hunt for are weak and you are naturally buffed in many ways. - Forest hideouts aren't labirynths like dwarven underground and can be mostly easily navigated out. - If you live near a market you can steal a lot of hazelnuts to feed yourself. - If you're character's only desire is to stay occupied, higher linguistic ability and social skills will lower risk of being disrupted by others while performing. You know, if you have no choice but to be occupied near people. - Since you're elf may not have many responsibilities you can give him novice swimming skills and swim in safe zones on higher movement speed to train your stats. WATCH OUT: If you're skill is below adequate you may drown if you are under negative status effects. And what do you think? [link] [comments] | ||
