What do you consider essential when it comes to your embark

Whether it be a weapons grade metal, a river and fluxstone, or even iron a volcano and platinum, what is the bare minimum a embark needs for you to be willing to settle there. (Personally i always need a flux stone layer, the possibility of eventually having steel from raids is very nice)
