    Ah, yes, the fort of Cursefrothed. A legendary fort, attacked 511 times during our world's 250 years of history. Now just 16 goblins live there, surrounded by piles of corpses and weapons of old. If a person visiting our fortress of Spearmortals has any fighting skill, they've probably been there.

    New player - Backseating Welcomed

    Going Live at 630 PM EST for 3+ hours. Backseating is welcomed. I have about 20+ hours in the game, on my second fort with 79 dwarf. I am currently struggling with getting ale, beer , etc, and consistent food supply. This fort is possibly doomed, but losing is fun, right? :)

    As requested; a follow-up on Stargray/Amazido the human fortress

    Here is a link to the google drive folder where you'll be able to download the region/save. This way you can also view/copy the files within it that contain the modded files so you can play as humans (with my own custom nobility + sawmill building which turns 1 log into 8 wooden planks, very useful for building.

    This is the link to a very short and simple video of the fortress where I show the fort in full, it's different z-levels, my military screen, etc etc. It's bad quality and no audio, sorry, cba to make more effort than this right now lol working a lot of hours at work lately.

    Dwarf AI Twitch

    Hello everyone! Utilizing BenLubar's amazing DF-hack plug-in, DF-AI, I've gone ahead and launched a 24/7 twitch stream of DF-AI! Inspired by a recent post talking about a Dwarf terrarium, I've offloaded the work onto a spare desktop computer, allowing anyone to have a screensaver-like window of Dwarf Fortress running at all times! My hope is that people will take an interest in seeing how long an AI run Fortress can last, and if enough interest is shown I would look into adding additional options such as changing tile packs, music and perhaps looking into allowing some direct control over command entry.

    Please let me know if this stream interests you and if you have any improvements you would like to see in the future! This is an active side project that I hope to develop further.
