    Note about progress; 25 other building's UI (beds, chains, cages, statues, ext..), levers, manager, unit job list, workshop profiles, [c]ivilizations screen, military & squads, mine-cart hauling routes, burrows, and [q,t,k,v] updated to clicking. Then there's the embark screen; rectangle resizing UI replaced, and retooling worldgen so that you aren't dumped back into the title screen. Thinking about the other modes; a lot of the graphics comes for the ride but very little of the interface does. So we'll see what we need to do there after the dorf stuff has been finished. Legends mode shouldn't take that long, also hyperlinks. In general the art stuff should be commensurate with that and not slow down the process, and Tarn is looking at it in terms of a finishing the screens and menus perspective now... This year would still be fair.

    I think this game's procedural generation made a necromancer who realized he's trapped in a video game and he is now rebelling. If any game could do it its dwarf fortress.After I walled my fortress in and the zombies got bored and left (which takes a long time let me tell you), all of the necromancer experiments decided to just stay behind as "friendlies". They didn't attack my wood cutters, they didn't cause trouble, they just all came together to form a writhing mass in one corner of the map and started Reproducing

    Horror beyond measure.

    There is a pile of several hundred "very large scaly octopods" made when a necromancer thought giant cave spiders had room for improvement. And they are reproducing at an alarming rate, the birth announcements are keeping pace with the cancel spam of lock down. It has destroyed that which is most precious to me, my frame rate. Ground from 120 to 40FPS. And I can't do anything to stop them, I have 30 dwarves, and my military is in iron with only a few years of training. My only consolation at this point is that this game does not yet have sound.

    I have been working on a raw editor gui for the past two days, I am not sure if any one would use it. Would you be interested in something like this? Only weapons work right now and apologies for the layout, especially on mobile, I only just started and I am trash at UI.
