As the title says, the miner isn't doing anything. I don't have dwarf therapist and the dwarf has a copper pick. I'm so confused. Please help

So i got some issues with Dwarfen happiness right now since i have some Dwarfs freak on me even though i give them EVERYTHING: Amazing bed rooms, i put them on burrow mode so they just party and pray, i put artworks in their pathing i made sure i had tons of drinks and lavish food, the dining hall is legendary, i made clothing of great quality i let the very unhappy ones do military or crafting if they wanted to do that and i still am not catching up this is just insane. im out of Ideas.
Big chunk of the problems comes them feeling lonely but at the same time not having friends or family.
