Possible Bug: Markdwarves jump through fortifications Posted: 21 Feb 2021 07:37 PM PST Basically the title. I have a 3-z level tall tower built at the entrance of my fort with the top wall having fortifications carved into it. The tower is only accessible by a tunnel within it. The walls on the top floor are made like so: W F F F F F W F = carved fortification W = wall. Each side is like that with a floor constructed in the middle for the dwarves to stand on. My markdwarves currently will stand on the top floor of the tower and fire at incoming enemies. But if the enemies move out of range/sight, my dwarves jump through the fortifications, drop the 3 z levels, and attempt to pursue the target. 3 squads of markdwarves have been lost this way as they drop down into melee range and the sieges tear them to shreds. Is there any sort workaround for this or am I doing something wrong? Would love any input. [link] [comments] | ||
