An Evidently Ornery Spirit Possessed my Weaver to Forge Youngdrills, the Thong, Engraved with the image of "Strange Water Cycles" and "Cheese"
Striking out anew, as far away from rain as possible! (2hr stream)

It's like i'm playing completely different yet equally detailed game! I really hope Toady doesn't stop developing it for the sake of mainstream appeal of the fortress mode. This is really good!

Optimal world age

What is the optimal world age, to you?

When a world is too old, lots of megabeasts are dead, lots of human law-givers are vampires, there are lots of necromancer towers, and FPS are lower.

When a world is too young, civilizations are not very developed, and there is not much history or noteworthy historical figures, not much evenements to dig in Legend Mode or to engrave, and the world is rather bland.

To me, the good middle point is 400 years.
